'The Dallis Alpaca Scarf' £48 (+ postage of £5.95) This original design has been made using
hand spun yarn from the fleece of baby alpaca 'Marco'.
I started off with the soft silver grey baby alpaca yarn
and knitted a loose lacey pattern -
then I chose exciting, creative yarns in a range of
toning greens to weave through the lacey holes,
finished off with luxuriant tassels.
I chose the name 'Dallis' ( a Scottish name which means
-'from the dales, valley, meadows.') to represent
the wonderful bluey greys you can see in the countryside.
